About real deal dog training

Three years ago my wife and I found ourselves scouring
the internet after watching and desperately trying to get
our dog rehabilitated by Cesar Millan from National Geographic’s
Television show, The Dog Whisperer. Our dog was difficult to control.
She was a strong breed and as much as I tried the tidbits I picked
up on TV I found myself being dragged around the streets of
the East Village, embarrassed I couldn’t be the calm confident
leader my Dominant Secure dog so desperately needed.
Finally after reading dozens of websites and speaking with
several trainers, I found Mike D’Abruzzo of K9-1 Specialized Dog Training .

I had real problems and after speaking with Mike,
I realized he could provide real solutions. It was more than
the obedience videos I watched, it was Mike’s commitment
and philosophy in dealing with dog’s that led me to the
beginning of an incredible life changing journey. After completing
the complete hands on training method Mike employed,
and spending countless hours afterwards, as his assistant
I learned the secrets of what some call Dog Whispering.
The knowledge and understanding of dog culture and the ability
